Academy Of Ballet

Join us at the Academy of Ballet for an exciting and fun-filled summer. Each day you will strengthen your skills in ballet, jazz, and related dance forms as well as learn about nutrition, dance history, anatomy and more. We will have many guest teachers who are sure to inspire you (teachers TBA). Dancers wishing to participate in the Academy Performing Ensemble 2008 - 2009 season are required to attend at least one week of the intensive, but you are certainly welcome to come to more. The daily classes are from 2:00 – 5:45 (schedule TBA). Please bring a water bottle and a snack. Dress for ballet is a black leotard with pink tights, pink ballet slippers and pointe shoes (if on pointe). You will also need jazz shoes and pants or shorts and convertible tights for modern. Please fill out the bottom portion of this flier and return to the office with your check payable to the Academy of Ballet. A $50 deposit is required and total balance is due by June 1st 2008. Cost for each week is $200.00 if registered by April 1st or $225.00 after April 1st. Additional classes are $12 per hour.
